DBD on PS5 is like a different game

So I used to play PS4, then made the switch to PC when I got a new PC some months back. Every now and then I’ll log into my PlayStation account and play a few games before remembering why I dropped it in the first place. Terrible frame rates, lag, input delay, and it looks super blurry and dark.

I was lucky enough to get a PS5 recently and I downloaded DBD on it to see if it was much different, and it’s like a different game. The frame rate is so much better and the game looks better. Everything feels much more polished and the performance is much improved.

It’s still not as good as the PC experience but I didn’t expect it would be, so I’ll be sticking with PC for the most part. But for anyone who wondered whether the PS5 version is an improvement, it really is. I’ll probably play some games here and there on my PS5 because it’s much more enjoyable to play. Sucks that my progress is split, but if they ever introduce cross-progression I’ll be the first to sign up.
