don't report in game-no ban !
So the only way to report cheaters is in game.If they ruin your game and frustrated you if they make joke with you and you forgot to report them they will continue to cheating and make a fun with killers. I forgot to report them in game bcs I was to nervous.I recorded them and put video here and that was against the rules( I don't have problem with that) then i write to helping centar and I send video to them and I get this answer :

So if you don't report them in game you lose your "chance" for baning them.They continue to make a joke from you and the game. I have video recorded with them and if someone have any idea how to ban them pls write.They have extra speed urban invasion,block from hooking,teleport, unlimited unbreakable with borowed time when they stand up etc... If someone want to help to make this game better and know how to ban them pls let me know.

I mean, yeah, you should report ingame. But the Support Message looks like you used the wrong category to contact the Support.

hmmm unbreakable and borrowed time when getting up... Could it be you had hex totem and they used soul guard?

If you want to get them banned, you have to report them in-game and then send in your evidence. There are no shortcuts here.

I didn't report them in game bcs i was to frustated and I was thinking that forum maybe will be enough.I didn't know that i breaking a rules if I put video here( I was do that yesterday)
She do that idk 7x times in the row.They makes teleports thru the game etc...She was blocking the hook. You can't hook them etc..

Chances are if they really cheat/hack as obvious that other people will make correct reports!
and next time you see something like this you know what to do.

I didn't report them in game( My mistake) and now I don't have any other way? They have also 4th aniversery flaslights so they do this quite long.

Their items are not relevant, BTW, they could've just hacked those in as well.

From that e-mail, it simply seems like you selected the wrong category when submitting your ticket.

I watched the video, the Claudette used soul guard, but you had no totem perk active at the time, so it must be a cheat.
I've heard that there is a way to force a high ping so the killer can't hook you, so I guess that was what they were doing.
I faced unhookable survivors, who teleported around the map a while ago (two Claudette, they even wore the same outfit as your Claudette but that was probably a coincidence).
But as the other commenters already said: You have to report ingame and than send the video to the support, otherwise they can't work on the report.
The only thing you could do is report the Kate's username to steam, won't do much but might annoy them a bit

As we have previously said, an in game report is mandatory in all cases.
Yes we do act on reports with proper evidence, however sometimes these things take time as the whole thing has to be reviewed by a member of staff and as you can imagine, we get a lot of reports - which is why we ask people not to make fake reports for things like camping/tunneling/dc's because these take time away from dealing with legitimate reports that are made.
