Does the Chain Blink Window add-on from the Nurse increase the distance of chain blinks?

Since the chain blinks distance depends on how long you hold the blink, does this add-on increase it?

    Yes technically since you can hold the charge longer you can go further on a chain blink but the addon is not very good since if you need extra range on a chain blink to potentially get the hit you should just wait on the fatigue instead (which this addon makes take longer, which ends up being a disadvantage)


    Generally speaking you only want to use first blink for mobility and only use second blink to go in for a hit.
