Had anyone had the game crash when they grab someone?

Just played a game there, and as I grabbed someone on a generator, the whole thing locked up and I couldn't do anything? Or then tells me it can't update my rank and then I'm in a 5 minute cool down?

    I had a time where I went to grab a survivor, game froze me but I could see/hear the survivor still working on gen, then the survivor DC and game went back to normal.
