Make bloodlust a non-teachable perk?

I've seen a lot of people on here complaining about the removal of bloodlust from the game. Would it be more fair for both sides if some sort of bloodlust-like perk appeared in the bloodweb of every killer? Here is an example of what it could be:


BLOODLUST

Every X/X/X seconds you spend in a chase, your speed increases by X percent, up to X percent. This effect resets whenever you leave a chase.

    why should it be a perk they say they not bring it back? isn't the test over?

    As long as you they make it where dropping a pallet or vaulting a window a perk as well...

    Play With Your Food already accomplishes the same effect, it'd be redundant

    how about making better loops that don't require you to spend an hour playing ring around the rosie.. then survivors wouldn't have to worry their little hearts about 5% speed boost
