legion is disgusting
legion makes me regret ever choosing to play this game. please remove legion so that i do not hate myself and by extension the creators of this experience. thank you

Just give it time and people will post helpful tips.
Also, check YouTube for helpful advice.
Keep facing legion, or play AS legion, and you will learn his strengths and weaknesses over time.
Giving up is not the right attitude, and I'm speaking from experience.

He's insanely dull to face. His power just stalls with no interesting aspect to it. It's just get hit, mend, and do whatever you were doing before. When you do finally get into a chase though, it's just a basic M1 chase with no real depth to it.

Luckily the amount of people that payed to play with the legion greatly outnumbers the amount that payed to remove him.

He isn't good but he still makes matches extremely slow and dull. My reason for hating them. You know you're in for an incredibly boring match when you see that deep wound timer 30 seconds in.

He can be very fun, I love hitting someone in frenzy then running away like 5 steps then doing a 360 and blocking them in the corner of their gen as they were mending only to down them as I get out.

In solo Q, most of the time against Legion (dull, annoying and boring gameplay) there will be at least 1 or 2 suicides or DCs. I don't blame them. He is incredibly un-fun to versus. Not challenging, but rather annoying.

Yeah, I'm hoping that if they get a addon pass one of the addons remove the noise from ending your frenzy. Just go around a corner, end your frenzy and jumpscare the hell out of them

1) There is basically no counter to taking the first hit from Legion in Frenzy. I personally don't care if a killer is strong or weak. I just want there to be room on both sides to make plays to shorten/extend chases. Against Legion, survivors usually only get that opportunity after they're already injured.
2) Deep wounds is boring AF, especially because of point #1. You have a short, unsatisfying interaction with the killer and then you're just left to hold M1.
3) Deep wound VFX are difficult to chase through. This can get frustrating.
4) Games against Legion tend to take a really long time. I prefer quicker games to maximize the rate at which I'm earning BPs.
5) I am admittedly not a big lore person, but I think their lore is weak and uninteresting compared to the other killers in the game. "Angsty teens who peer pressured each other into murdering a janitor for the lulz" just isn't compelling for me.

Legion used to be my least favorite killer in the game until Deathslinger and Pyramid Head came out and dethroned them. Pyramid Head is slightly less annoying since the changes, but I still hate playing against him. Deathslinger is horrible as ever to play against.

The only thing I hate about Legion besides mending simulator is how dark the deep would screen gets.

I disagree completely. I like testing my sprint burst and 360 skills against them to see if I can knock them off balance. It's challenging and rewarding. The only other killers I can do this with are Gordón and Billy.

So you don't have any problems against (good) Nurses? Doctors especially? A mind gaming Spirit? Those aren't at all annoying to you? Legion is at the bottom of the annoying stack guy.
Judging by comments, a lot of people don't like Legion. But is he the #1 baddie on anyone's list? Hell no. There are way worse killers to go up against. For me, it's Doc and only Doc.

I'm trying to remember exactly how this works.
If you immediately get chased by Legion, does the screen continue to get dark? Like is the darkening screen related to the bleed out timer as it would not start to go down if immediately in a chase?

Mending is annoying, and the way the deep wounds screen gets so dark can make it nearly impossible to see. If he goes into Frenzy, though, the smart play is usually to run straight at him and take the first hit (depending on the person's playstyle; it's important to pay attention to their M.O.), then go mend while he runs off chasing the little heartbeats elsewhere.
At the same time, Legion is annoying to play as, at least on console, because whiffing is pretty much unavoidable and it knocks him right out of his power. It makes him extremely frustrating. I hate that change to his kit, they could have just gone with the middle ground and given him a missed-attack cooldown, but instead the devs went from one extreme to another and Legion feels even crappier to play as because of it.

As long as you stay running, no but at some loops, it's better to walk in order to prevent mind-game potential such as before vaulting the shack window, it get's dark enough as is when he initially slaps you with frenzy but it gets almost unseeable as it progresses.

people generally don't hate killers or survivors because the killer/survivor is effective or skilled. It usually comes from not liking an aspect of how the experience happens.
@OP if you really want to know what's disgusting, ask anyone who used to play Hillbilly but now doesn't.

I think they should get rid of the mending and just give him crazy parkour teenage urban evader powers lol.
His fast vaulting windows is cool, being able to run is cool, it's the M1 mend people hate and it doesn't even make any sense with the character really.

So I get that this is probably happening because different groups of people have different dislikes... but... for real, what will you guys *not* complain about?
Like... people complain about Death Slinger and Pyramid Head for being too good at 1v1s.
People complain about Legion being good at the 1v4 because of the game delay baked into their kit.
People complain about Freddie because he's got a bit of everything.
So... I'm just over here like "Killers have to be good at something. What exactly would you be fine with?"

legion is annoying, just that, he can injure people but if u dont mind being injure and doing gens youll be fine. what i do NOT LIKE about him is taht you cant see ######### on his mend state, literally nothing when the bar is going down.

If I have to guess, it's killers with a high skill floor which basically means killers you can't just pick up and win with. During my time in the forums, I have almost never seen people complain about Trapper, Wraith, Myers, Nurse, Huntress, Oni, Demo, and Blight.
