PS5 Missing Descend Beyond DLC

I’ve downloaded the PS5 version on my PS5 to find that I cannot access Felix and Blight because they both say “coming soon”. When I view them in store though they both show as still having the cosmetics that I bought for them and my PS Store says I’ve already bought them. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know if there will be fix for it? I also don’t have Freddy and Quentin, but I know they’re sorting that in the next PS5 update. Perhaps Felix and Blight will also be resolved then? Any thoughts or advice? I’ve already tried reinstalling and restoring licenses but that hasn’t helped. The PS4 version on my PS5 is perfectly fine as well and the PS5 version is only missing those 4 characters for me.

    @MandyTalk can this be forwarded to the relevant person?

    I was going to advise to “restore licenses” until I read that they’ve tried this already.

    This is being looked into, I don't have further advice at this time...but please make sure you are playing on the same account on the PS5 that you had these DLC's on the PS4

    I’ve tried a lot of things to fix this but so far nothing has worked :(
