Quick question for killers

If you have the opportunity to tunnel someone out of the game. Do you or do you try to spread it out. I know getting tunneled is no fun on the survivors end but neither is killer on large maps when you move at 110% speed and the survivors are gen rushing you by splitting on gens. Assuming you say you don't, what other strategies would you recommend, be much appreciated!

Ima be completely honest. If ik a person DS me earlier in the match and they get off the hook and I see them shortly after out of position I'm most likely gonna kill them. However if I down them on hook I'll usually slug and their survival depends on whether their teammates pick them up be4 I finish chasing the unhooker

If I am getting my ass handed to me, or if that survivor in particular was a complete a-hole, then I'mma tunnel a #########, no questions asked.

If I'm rofl stomping some kids, I will normally just try to end the game quickly so that we can move on with out lives.

If it's a very fair side with either side winning as a possibility, my game usually crashes. If I'm actually lucky for once in my life, I'll NEVER tunnel if it's a fun, nice, and fair game

Depends on the situation, if I'm fighting an uphill battle on a tough map I will get someone out of the game as fast as possible if I need too, but generally I avoid it, unless I'm in a tough spot.

I usually don't tunnel. That said, there's a few exceptions.

    1. You brought a key. I hate keys. I am going to tunnel you with reckless abandon if I can.
    2. You did something really dumb. Like if you flat out get unhooked and run right into me... I'm not going to ignore you. I might just slug you though.
    3. There's 1 gen left and 4 survivors. This one's not personal... I just need somebody dead.

Yes. If I can kill them off quickly I will.

If I'm about to third hook some poor soul at 5/4 gens, I'll usually let them live and kill everyone else and then give them a chance to hatch.

Otherwise, if you keep ending up in front of me, you're gonna keep getting chased by me.

Nobody here would EVER tunnel.. Unless a survivor (verb)

    I'd slug them.

They get to stay in a game, that they might win, longer and I hopefully force teammates off gens to help them as I start snowballing (provided I'm any good - which I'm not). Win-win.

If they're the only person I can find I'll probably just ignore them if they got like farmed or are clearly struggling. If they're full health and/or seem okay, I'll tunnel them.

I don't go out of my way to tunnel but if a survivor is unlucky enough tobrun into me after an unhook they are going back up unless it's their death hook, then they take a seat (slugged) and I look for a fresh survivor to hook.

Depends on how the match is going for me or how the survivors are behaving. If I'm getting gen rushed, someone's getting bum rushed.

If they unhook before I can leave and there's no obsession then yes I will down the injured guy. No reason to accept an unsafe unhook, punish it. But I don't go out of my way to tunnel either. Basically I just play and go after whoever makes sense at the time while keeping in mind BT and DS.

Depends. If gens are speeding by too quick I will attempt to re-establish a steady speed by killing as fast as possible. If it's a reasonable pace, though, I prefer to spread damage and give a few extra chances.

    Sooo...

If I see the savior... I chase them

If I dont see the savior... I'll down the unhooked survivor

If I am busy on the other side of the map... I am not going back

    i try not to tunnel.

however, if tunneling is the only choice i have (eigther because they are the only one i found or because i know i need to kill someone now or lose the match), i will do it.

I try to avoid it where possible, but if your one of those cocky survivors chasing me around to chase you i will make sure your cocky ass is put to shame by being the one to die. I do however, give chances and if i feel you was dumped on by your team and your the last left and or they left you i will let you out or take you to the hatch.

I do not mind losing at all if its all fair game and fun for everyone. So some survivors ask to be tunnelled. (So survivors stop trying to be cocky all the time just focus on helping your team).

I do get it some are trying to waste the killers time but do that when you are being chased. I ignore you if your standing there flashing your flash light at me or trying to take me to a stupid loop.

    Lets all have fun.

kinda depend if the survivors are decent, its a bad map, I'm not having a good day or if there is a key or OoO then yeah I would probably tunnel them if I knew there was no DS.

Depends on what killer I play. Mostly I don't tunnel but if I play Hag I will hook anyone that triggers a trap. So if you get unhooked do not run straight into a trap. Same with Trapper try to avoid bear traps.

The rest of the killers I avoid tunneling it's not fun for anyone but I can make exceptions for players with keys or OoO and t-baggers.

It really depends, for example if no one else is around/can't find the unhooker, yes I will. If I know that at least 2 gens are being worked on my best bet is to apply some pressure.

If they have a key it's also pretty reasonable to tunnel them in order to make sure they won't escape through the hatch.

It's really rare for me to tunnel someone out of the game, but if I'm forced to I will.

I try my hardest not to tunnel a survivor but sometimes it's not my fault survivors decide to hide when unhooking someone else.

There are only 2 ways to get me to tunnel, locker DS and keys.

Locker DS when not actually tunneling pisses me off a lot so since you tried that I will tunnel you off.

Keys for me = moris so just like a 1 hook mori, I will try my hardest so you don't get to leave through hatch.

But technically speaking, tunneling is the best strat to win a game, it is easier to win a 3v1 than a 4v1

If time is on my side then I try to make the game last a little longer. I don't double hook even with no obssession. It makes for boring gameplay and breeds bad killer habits.

I don't, but i don't have any strategies for not doing so.

I just like to go from one to the next.

It's a different story if they (practically) throw themselves at me, then i'll kill 'em.

Yes, If you have 3 survs instead of 4, Game turns easier for killer.

If you waste time chasing pple with non S Tier killer as Wraith or Trapper, you Will loose 3 gens before your First hook, so you have ti slug and tunnel to avoid Genrush.

You have to face DS if you tunnel, so you must slug that surv and make other survivors decide if they save or they rush, risky for both sides.

But sadly IMO is the BEST way to have some chances to win if you dont play anti Loops killers. Is a toxic playstyle? Maybe yes, but Also Genrush and survivors do 24/7 so... We have to balance the game.

Ah, and if someone has key or repairing kits, Franklin and move around the zone, they will come back 90% of time to get their tools back and you can take advantage of that.
