Screwing with the anti-totem meta

You thought this was going to be another advertisement but it was me, perk build analysis!

Anyway because of the current meta of Ruin Undying Tinkerer, a lot of people are running either Detective's Hunch, Small Game, Soul Guard, or Inner Strength and I can understand that since Ruin and NOED are really powerful. However because they do so, totem protection perks become much better. For this build, I'll be talking about Hex : Retribution.

Now an interesting thing about Retribution is that it punishes the cleansing of dull totems. You know what else uses dull totems? That's right, NOED! Problem is survivors will always go for hex totems first and you'll end up only getting 10 seconds of aura reading. Don't worry, Undying can fix that. That way you'll get aura reading when either hexes are being cleansed and when they are destroyed.

The best part is, nobody is crazy enough to cleanse a trapped totem twice once they know the killer has Undying and if they figure out Retribution is in play, they probably wouldn't cleanse the dull totems either unless they want to deal with being oblivious. That leaves them with around 3 or 2 dull totems, perfect for NOED.

So anyway, the build for this is NOED, Undying, Retribution, and another perk of your choice. The only perk you shouldn't put there are hex perks because then they'll be better off with Haunted Grounds Undying or information perks since Retribution and Undying gives all the information you need. I like to run either Pop if I'm not feeling lucky or Blood Warden if I am. This is my favorite build on either Nurse or Deathslinger due the former's mobility and the latter's reliance on information and catching survivors off-guard

TL:DR : Scare people off dull and hex totems with Retribution, keep it up with Undying, and punish that fear with NOED
