Apex Muffler/Tinkerer bugged - no Chainsaw-Sound in Endgame

Platform: PC/Steam
Description of the Issue: If Billy uses Apex Muffler together with Tinkerer, there is no Chainsaw-Sound after all Gens were done, even if he has Terror Radius and even if you are in Chase with him.
Steps to reproduce: Play against Billy, use Apex Muffler and Tinkerer, complete all Gens
How often does this occur: All the time those two things are used together
