Too many practically useless offerings in the bloodweb
It's bad enough to deal with the grind but then half your bloodpoints go to an RNG bloodweb with useless offerings.
Are there any BHVR posted stats on the usage of offerings to see what offerings are the least used? if not, there should be...

I think that the fact there are 6 different luck offerings is great and perfectly fine. They are absolute gamechangers.

Does luck do anything actually useful?
It sounds like something that could affect the rarity of items in chests but apparently it doesn't.

Like most brown offerings for BP and luck. They just need to be removed imo.

The luck offerings grant a massive 1/2/3% bonus chance to unhooking yourself. That's it.

There's just as many useless killer add ons.

The bloodweb itself is a stupid, grindy gimmick.
Killer addons being limited in quantity makes it hard to play the way you want to play consistently, while excusing stupid balance decisions because "hurrr you can't run iri head every game".
Having to grind for 3 ranks per perk, with a random chance to appear is awful. There should be no perk ranks, just one perk, learned as soon as the teachable is unlocked.
Map offerings should just turn into some sort of weighted map preference system.
