Fate and fury Chapter concept

Welcome to my chapter concept! @MandyTalk, when you have time, could you check this concept out?

Killer: The ripper

The Ripper (aka jack the ripper), has three perks, london calling, Irish settlement, Identity fraud. He is a cloaked man with blood surrounding his body.

Perks:

London calling:

When damaging one generator, the entity will block the generator for a medium duration.

Irish settlement:

When killing a survivor on a hook, your red light eyes will go away for a medium duration. After the duration, your perk will restart and when you kill another survivor.

Identity fraud:

You have an obsession for one survivor. when hooking that survivor, the nearest survivors aura will be revealed for 4 seconds.

Ability: FOG fury

When using fog fury, fog will surround the map and you will be given an option to blow out 3 candles around the area you are in, don't take to long or else you wont be able to increase up to fog fury 2! WHile in the fog fury, you can see better than survivors in the fog but the survivors sound is increased. Candles will have a red outline.

Fog fury 1: 3 candles waiting to be blown, fog is thin but still in the air. When blowing these candles, you will go to fog fury 2.

Fog fury 2: 4 candles waiting to be blown, fog is thicker. You will increase to fog fury 3 when you blow all the candles out.

Fog fury 3: medium duration for this power, then resets back to fog fury 1. The fog is very thick and the survivors will be broken when hit during fog fury 3.

That is my concept for jack the ripper!
