Where are the winter firecrackers, crates and lights?

There's an advent calendar scheduled until 3rd of January but I wouldn't care less I have been waiting 2 years to finish my inventory with this last item

I know they mentioned something about still using "themed assets."
Not sure why they aren't putting the firecrackers in though.
