Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Clown bottle reloading and effect

Clown is pretty much a joke to play as or against. (No pun intended.) I would like to propose 2 small changes that would make him much better.
- Bottle Reload timer is based off of how many bottles are recovered - Right now, doesn't matter if I want to reload 1 or all bottles, takes 5 seconds by default regardless. This reload mechanic should be changed to be based off of how many bottles actually need to be refilled. Either have one 5 second timer which upon start will refill a bottle each time it passes a certain percentage that's based on max amount of bottles carried or have each bottle reload on a separate fixed timer, where the Clown would continually start the next reload if possible and the button is held down.
- Make the effect much worse, based on the amount of time spent in gas - Currently, survivors that are getting chased by the clown don't really care if they pass through the gas that much because it doesn't cause too much of a hinderence if you're in a strong loop for example despite it's main intended effect is to slow down survivors. I would propose that the longer the survivor stays inside the gas, the worse and longer lasting (Both exponentially.) effects they suffer. Have it peak at maybe 3 or 4 seconds of exposure, at which point, the survivor has heavily distorted vision similar to a flashlight blind on top of the default effects that come with the gas, that would now last longer, based on how long the exposure was. If it peaks, it might persist for a good 15 seconds because realistically, it's difficult to be exposed for such a long time without the effect wearing off in the mean time.
