pay for chapter in sony store but both characters are still locked and say coming soon normally when say coming soon it wouldn't be in the store anyways so what gives?
what do I do?

Refund it as fast as possible and uninstall the game until they fix this crap.

why this happening to everyone who pay for the chapter in the store they play on? or just sony?

Have you tried renewing your licences? I'm on ps4 and had no issue this time. Previously, when I had this issue, I renewed my licenses and they unlocked.

it showed up after I turn my ps4 off and turn it back on again so it all good tho some are not happy sure sure why tho I think they some broken thing.
