Did BHVR give up on exclusive item banners?

I have noticed this is the second time, we've had a chapter without an exclusive item banner on its dedicated store page the first one being Descend Beyond. I remember seeing a glimpse of Elodie's exclusive item banner on the store page but when I visit it later it was long gone. Which left me wondering if they gave up on 'em.
