devout emblem not working

I have ben 12 hooking and atleast ten hooking survivors and i still only get a silver emblem.

I got a silver devout for a 4k and a bronze devout for a 3k as the twins.

Yep, this is bugged and is preventing me from getting Adept Twins as I'm at red ranks. Or, the devs could fix this and not make Adept killer achievements such a pain in the ass to get as a high rank killer.
