[PC] Severe fps drops on all maps since update

Problem: Since the update to 4.4.0 I get severe random FPS drops. Normally I get 50-60 fps on not reworked maps and 45-55 fps on the reworked ones (Lèry's is the odd one out with 35-45). Now the fps drop randomly to 10-15 fps on all maps, which make hitting Skillchecks and looping an adventure. And playing killer is nearly impossible.
I had no such problems on the PTB. All maps were working just fine and the new reworked maps were in the range I mentioned above.
