Scratch Marks Bugged PS4

Hello, this is the first time I have made an account to post a bug. As survivor I can see my own scratch marks if I turn my camera, it shows up briefly, then it disappears. I wasn't using fixated, however I do have it unlocked, I do not know if anyone else has this problem, so far I have never seen this happen until the Binding of Kin update.

This is happening on PC too. If you have the camera too close to the wall, you can see a brief flash of scratch marks.
