Oh lord, I never thought about overcharge and oppression, does that work??

Why not take pgtw with oppression instead of overcharge?

Most certainly wonit won't. Overcharge is only applied when damaging a generator by kicking. Opression just lets the other gens regress.

Or even survalliance. Far better options imo

Surge and oppression work?

Try Mindbreaker, I was using it and it was really working out.

Oppression does not apply "kicking" perks to other generators, it just make them regress or trigger a skillcheck.
Charlotte allready lose her Terror Radius when controling Victor, so you don't get any extra value from Insidious. But I suppose you could pretend to be dormant with Charlotte to trick survivors.
Surge and Oppression have completly separate activations and effects. You won't be able to kick a generator that has started regressing because of Surge, but you can trigger Surge on generators that are allready regressing because of Oppression.

Insidious is bugged on Victor right now I think. He is undetectable forever.

But what about the 5% more regress if failing skillcheck

You can achieve a similar effect with Huntress' Lullaby. In that instance, you could even pair it with Undying since this scenario the tokens are bonuses, not goals, so losing them is less detrimental.
Also I imagine Overcharge would only trigger its effects on the generator actually kicked. It still synergizes with Oppression, due to the shared activation requirement, but that's about it.

Yeah sorry, I was not aware that opression causes the affected gens to give repairing survivors a difficult skill check as well. But the additional regression should only apply to the overcharge skill check, not to the opression ones. It states:
"Failing *the* Skill Check results in an additional 3/4/5% loss of progress."
You could throw in Huntress Lullaby, though, that adds additional regression to all healing or reparing skill checks, as far as I know.
