If I have Insidious and the Vigo's Journal add-on on Blight, will it not reset?

What I mean, with Vigo's Journal it takes a few seconds before your terror radius fully cloaks, so I was wondering, if I have Insidious, will my terror radius stay cloaked when I initiate a rush, or will it glitch out, instantly increase and then decrease after a few seconds?
