Where can I buy tiers
It's getting close to the end of the rift and I'm only at tier 16 but I want the legion skins so I'm considering buying tiers. I can't find the option to buy them anywhere, do I need the premium rift to buy tiers? I'm on xbox btw

Yes, to purchase tiers you must have the premium pass first.
For what its worth I'd suggest waiting until the end of the rift to consider it.

You are talking about the Legion skin from the Community contest right?
Those skins are supposed to come to the shop eventually, it might take some time (Devs said something about atleast 6-12 months) but you should be able to get the skin somewhere in the future so it's not completely lost when you can't get it this rift.

I'd like to back this up by saying that all community skins are confirmed to be made available using auric cells and iridescent shards, unlike most things from the rift which are cell exclusive (see the Nurse's halloween skin)
