Power:

Can insta kill if a Survivor who is in a locker and has been hooked once or struggled free two times.

Any Survivor that is currently running is exposed causing people to play slow and low. This does not counter survivor perks for hiding scratch marks (new Survivor Jennifer Simpson, I only play killer... Possibly she has an anti locker perk as well as not leaving scratch marks while moving?)


I am not sure I just thought he would be a cool killer, hearing the shears as he limps. Maybe not super fast but he always know where anyone is.. unless they are in a locker.
