After someone went down, he just went back to being the gremlin and I ended up going to second stage marinating on the hook.

Because the Devs dont seem to understand that this will happen if you give a Killer basically built-in Insidious.

This is what I'm talking about when I say something should be done about this Killer. They down a survivor run him to the closest hook and then take the downed Survivor hook and as soon as they get a Killer Instinct they switch back and injure the rescuer or redown the recently hooked Survivor. People been like "Just kick him forehead" HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT HES NEARBY WHEN I GET TO THE HOOK. Everything about this chapter infuriates me

Charlotte and Victor can swap between the active character at any time they please.
What you're exper8encing isn't a bug. It's Victor being Victor.

Twins can't change that close to the hook. So if he's in babby that close to the hook, that means he's stuck being babby; just treat it like any other face camp and do gens.
Now it IS possible to park babby at a hook and THEN hook someone on it, and then stay Charlotte until someone gets close and then change to babby; in that case you want to listen for babby's shriek and kick him before you rescue.

They mean kick him after he pounces. If he downs the other person on the hook, kick him. If he downs you, the other person kicks him. If he injures you, toss him to the ground. Worst case scenario, if you really want to, go look around for him. It's the same thing I tell killers dealing with downed survivors at pallets.

I don't have time to look for him because Charlotte always gets back or switches back to him before I can find and kick him
