Wraith: The only Killer without any Power during chase

Every other Killer in the entire game has something, no matter how small, to help during chase. Meanwhile, the Wraith's Power actively works against his utility potential during chase. It takes (with a purple add-on) 2.64 seconds to uncloak, which gives an audio notification, the survivors can see wraith's shimmer, and can hear his growl when close by. The Wraith needs some advantage built-in to his power for chases, such as a built-in perk or increase in movement speed while cloaked to justify his lack of versatility.

Most players and tier lists acknowledge this weakness and place The Wraith in very low C or even D Tier, and I think it's been far too long without the Wraith receiving any help. He is an easy to see and hear stealth Killer whose Power is arguably the least helpful in the game. Legion can run faster than a cloaked Wraith and forces survivors to mend, Spirit moves much faster and is entirely invisible, Nurse can ignore pallet and window loops, Billy and Bubba can insta-down and destroy pallets quickly, etc. Even the Trapper and Clown, who are also underwhelming Killers, can use their base Powers equally or even more effectively during chase, which is the most lucrative part of the game for Killers. Otzdarva's community, as well as many other Dead By Daylight veterans, have made excellent suggestions to improve Wraith's utility.

The developers constantly allude to Wraith performing well against new players as a reason to not change anything about the Wraith, but that is only because 1; The Wraith is a free Killer and can be played by anyone, 2; All stealth Killers are good against inexperienced players, and 3; New survivors have no idea how to play the game. Experienced players are the ones who spend the most money on the game, spend the most time on the game, and are most likely to recommend the game to their friends and family. It makes the most sense both financially and for the longevity of the game to balance current weak Survivor and Killer Perks, as well as Killer Powers, before adding new content, which is remarkably buggy.

I enjoy this game, but like most people, I'm frustrated with how long it takes to fix bug and balance issues that should have never passed playtesting in the first place. That's the whole point of this forum, PTBs, and community as a whole, to help improve. I know it's hard to zone out all the rage, poorly thought out suggestions, and trolls, but I figured I may as well throw my hat into the ring in hopes of improving this unique and interesting game, because no game, no matter how profitable or popular, is perfect.

Thanks for coming to my NOED Talk (TED Talk pun I'm not sorry)
