About the phase walk periord sound effect of The Spirit.

In PTB , The phase walk periord sound effect (not her sighing) was only heard by the killer and survivors couldn't heard that but still heard her sighing when she was near to them. But now it's inversed. The Spirit doesn't hear that sound but the survivors around her do. Anybody have the same issue?

I think this makes The Spirit weaker bacause the survivors will really know or perceive that she's phase walking. So that will make her power a bit less of power.
Is this a bug of this patch or the devs intended to do this.
This is my opinion. It would be my pleasure if you share your opinion. Maybe this issue doesn't make her weaker as i think or anything. Thanks.
