Totem unreachable in Wretched Shop

Sorry I could not get a better pic, I was being chased by a demon baby. This Totem spawned inside a wall or object? The map said it was around the car in the garage, I went around the inside and outside of the garage dozens of times and could not locate it even when I was right on top of it
