Stage 1 hooked but im stuck on the killers back until I die

Funny bug/glitch.
Killer hooked me, then I immediatly got stuck to his back.
I could not rotate the camera in the game and when I got to stage 2 I did not have to constantly tap A (xbox joypad but playing on pc)
I basically got a jockey back off the killer until I hit stage 2 ran out.
Also my teammates could not save me as I was not appearing on there screens to be on the hook, they could see I was stuck to the killer.
Was funny :)
