Why do i have to spend so much just to get 3 perks at P350 it's kind of ridiculous...

The grind is definitely heavy, but it feels a lot better if you just run perks you usually wouldn't and find new synergies. I usually just try to make a fun build out of whichever perks I happen to have tier 3 by the time I hit level 50.
