Charlotte Movement speed bug from PTB now on live servers.

This is really just sad. The movement speed bug from the PTB where after switching from victor you get stuck at 5% is now on live servers.
I'm not really sure what causes it but I know it happens some times after switching from victor.
It is a random chance of it happening it is not consistent.
Sadly I did not get a video of it but know if it does happen you are stuck like that for the rest of the game.
