Steam Crashes while I Stream the Game

I don't know if this is a DBD issue or a steam issue, but my first issue is the game completely crashes while I am streaming from my gaming computer to my laptop. I could be on the same network, or I could be anywhere else and it still crashes. My internet is at least 100mbs at each location.
My other issue is that streaming DBD with steam also seems to corrupt game files every time without fail. It's always the same 2 files and I need to download them again for 845 mbs. After that, the game works fine except for the random crashing.
These issues happen only with DBD too, I do not have this issue with any other game I stream. I hope I provided enough information.
