I didn't get my "Winter deer" charm through the code

yesterday after the dev stream was over i went to to claim the code to get the chram "Winter deer", when i did it my game showed that i got the chram, but i didnt got it in my inventory. The rarity of the chram is green, and it is nowhere to be found in the inventory. Ofcourse trying to claim the code again would simply say "This code has already been claimed"
