Devs Nerfed Sabatages into the ground because SWFs abused it. Now Its pointless in solo play now.
So Saboteur which takes 2.5 seconds is not quick enough to sabotage right in front of a killer while carrying a survivor. Killer will smack you into the dying state twice.
Fine just sabotage when Killers walking up with survivor, oh wait theres actually 1-2 hooks only 5 seconds further away Killer still hooks the survivor.
Fine just sabotage after he walks a distance with the survivor , oh wait Killer drops Survivor and sabo-hooks only take 30 seconds to respond, while your perk takes 60 seconds.
Fine fake a sabotage...Nope 60 second cool down.
Devs literally implemented these horrendous changes to sabotage because a few SFW teams abused them into the ground. Ask yourself how often now does sabotaging ever effect you as a killer? If you say more than twice a game you are a liar.
Sabotaging is just a dead mechanic nowadays, people would never sabo if it wasn't for the daily ritual change my mind.

Sabotage is a perk that is impossible to balance. Either it's completely broken perk for SWF while remaining somewhat good for solos OR remain somewhat good for SWF and bad for solos. Back in old days when it was meta killer had option to slug all survivors. Now survivors have like 3 or 4 hard counter perks to slugging and 5 soft counter perks to slugging, bringing old sabo back would break the game

This guy is right. I solo and have used saboteur before and maybe 1 out of 10 games it actually affected the killer.
Often times I would sabotage the hook intended for me in order to save myself and it would respawn by the time I got picked up.
Even more often than that I would run to a hook with intentions of helping someone, tap it and realize I had the wrong hook, and now my ability is on cooldown. Gave up on it pretty quick.
I think hooks should stay sabotaged for longer OR not trigger cooldown for tapping the hook. Only one though
