Make it activate when the killer is in a certain range of a hook or make it work for other survivors on the hook.

Make it based on killer coming near the hook after x seconds, split the time in half (or maybe cut it down by a third or something. You are dedicating a precious hook slot to literally just staying on the hook and punishing patroling/camping) but allow it to activate on both hook states.

All of steve's perks need a buff. I actually like that for once they made a new character who's teachables perfectly sinergise and are useful.
- Camaraderie: pls make it work on both phases and also if the killer is in range. Increase the radius in which you can be.
- Babysitter: just remove that the killer sees your aura and also increase the stealth duration.
- Second Wind: make it sinergise with Deliverance, and make the requirement easier to meet. For example, make it based on the time you have been chased since it's an anti-camping perk

Make it a flat time increase, like 30 more seconds for each phase. That would make it pretty good.

Have an icon next to your name showing that you have the perk visible to other survivors

It could be either, but not both. You’ve got to keep in mind how SWF could abuse it in gen rush strategies.

Personally I don’t believe it needs a buff, but rather a quality of life change.
Like many other perks that give either a blue or red global indicator next to the perk load outs, Camaraderie should also tell the remaining survivors that someone in the struggle phase has it. This way solo are better able to know that they’ve got increased time on a gen before going in for a save, and can be more cautious on their approach once the additional 34 seconds is activated.

I don't think it can be abused by swf since the effect would take place because of the killers actions.

Yes it can.
They tried a similar test in the past as an experiment whether or not it should just be in the base game. SWF quickly abused this by making sure a teammate would keep the killer within vicinity of the hook.
