second wind - remove having to heal someone to activate it

babysitter -while close to someone that is on dead on hook they are immune to damage but you are exposed

or another change to baby sitter is when near someone dead on hook you take their hits if you are at full health you take they're hit but if you are injured it apply's deep wound and mangled status effect if you already have taken 2 hits you will take no more hits for them until you have healed you have to be 14/15/16 meters for this perk to work

this perk has a cooldown of 100 /95/90
