Victor Cooldown?
So like, I was playing survivor yesterday and this Charlotte literally sent Victor out three times in the space of one chase. She sends him out. He misses a pounce. I kick him. A second later, she sends him back out. He misses another pounce. I kick him again. She sends him out a third time but then immediately switches back and continues chasing me normally.
I don't have the Twins yet so I can't test this out and I'm wondering if there's just no cooldown after Victor gets kicked. If there isn't or there is and it's literally a second or two, then that's really stupid and needs to be looked into. Victor getting crushed should prevent him from being sent back out for a pretty long time. Though I also wonder if this is just a bug and there's supposed to be a cooldown when he gets kicked that just isn't getting applied for whatever reason.

It takes 6 seconds to regrow Victor after his death.
It's short, but just long enough that it's fair.

Yea only 6 seconds. Honestly this needs to be longer because countering Victor is hard enough, ant ouplaying him well just to have him sent back on you within a few seconds is just too much.

Well maybe you should get away if you managed to kick victor. He'll regrow fast but if you led him far away from charlotte and kicked him on the other side of the map she'll have no idea where you are thus wasted time and can't start chasing you again. That's why the CD is so low because you can lead the chase a whole map away.
Also cooldowns suck, twins are already short on time with how much additional walking them have to do through out chases and hooking so let's not add more cooldowns to them ok.

The cooldown doesn't need to be longer, crushing Viktor already means they have to.
- Wait for him to grow back.
- Release him again.
- Run him to where ever you are.
And then get another attempt at attacking you, which you can counter if they fail, forcing them to do it all over.
It's like demogorgon, his shred is powerful but can be dodged, and he'll loose a little time in the chase for messing it up. He can try again quickly but can still mess it up again, and each time he does he's just wasting more time.

The problem is that the interaction was Charlotte releasing him during a chase, him immediately missing a pounce, and then me immediately kicking him. There wasn't time for me to get far away from her. Maybe the cooldown should be based on when Victor is initially sent out, which would keep the Twins from getting disproportionately punished for Victor getting kicked after being deployed in a location to detect survivors for a while while also punishing them for using him poorly during a chase.
