Freddy Killer Shack Pallet bug

I've had this happen twice now as on PC as Freddy. If a survivor stuns Freddy with the pallet in killer shack (doesn't matter which map, just that it's killer shack) Freddy can't break it from outside the shack, but he can break it from the inside. iirc the survivors were in the dream world. The addons used (both times it was the same) were Nancy's Sketch and Paint Thinner. The offering was different each time.
