My idea for the new Killer

The killer I think they should add is Chris walker from outlast aka the Strongfat. I feel this character is scary enough and pretty DBD worthy. So let me give you all of my ideas for this character.

Perks:

Unhinged: This perk gives you the ability to rip the doors off lockers if you find someone in them and gives you a low chance to rip the door of a random locker on the map. the location of the random locker changes each time you guess. You won't be able to rip the doors off of a locker if you keep opening and closing the same one.

Little Pig: This perk gives you the ability to give the survivor you hit the broken status effect when it is active every 45/35/25 seconds. This effect lasts on the survivor for 30/40/50 seconds.

Obsessed: This perk give you the ability to see the survivor after losing them in a chase for 4/8/12 second. This perk no cooldown.

So his 2 abilities would be called Man handle and asylum rage.

Man handle is an ability that lets you grab a survivor and throw them in any direction. So lets say a survivor is going for a pallet loop but you use your ability to grab them and throw them away from the pallet loop. This action is like an attack but it has a little longer range. Another thing is that the speed boost given to the survivor is gone but if you miss this attack then the animation takes 4 seconds more than when you miss a normal attack.

Asylum rage is an ability where when activated your speed increases, you valt 2.0x faster, pallet slams don’t have as much as an effect, and you can break pallets a lot faster. Plus the chase music from outlast would play when he activates it.

Now for the location and the survivor. So the location of the map would be in a couple places. The first place would be the sewers of Mount Massive Asylum and the layout wouldn’t be similar to the game but would be identical. There would be a lot of hiding places because the map would be a very open map. There would be a couple rooms with generators in some of them. Now the next map would be the area in Mount Massive Asylum where you hide from the doctor. The map would be a little bigger than the area in the game but it would emulate it.

Now this idea is the survivor. Of course this would be Miles Upshur and his perks would be.

Camera vision: This perk allows the survivor to see any invisible or hidden killer after breaking a totem. This perk lasts the whole game

Informed reporter: This perk allows the survivor to see where the next generator is after one is complete. This perk will not work on the generator you are doing. It will also show you the location of all the generators if this perk hits tear 3/purple tear.

Unholy awakening: This perk activates when all of the generators are done. This perk calls upon the wallwriter to make the killer's vision very dark and blurry for 5 seconds. After this perk is upgraded to max the killer’s vision will be blurry for 15 seconds.

Oh and the mory would be of him beating the survivor down then ripping his head off as a trophy.

And now for the add ons

Chained Up: This add on quickens the animation of your attack in the Asylum rage but lowers your speed down to normal.

Big belly: Now I know this perk sounds funny but what it does is when you are in Asylum rage the pallet stuns don’t stun you as much. And yes this does stack with enduring which would be really op.

Sacred documents: This add on gives you the ability to see a survivor in a 18 meter radius but only when you open a locker in Asylum rage mode.

Head collector: This add on allows you to mori your obsession in the asylum rage mode. And yes if someone else becomes the obsession after the first one is dead you can mori him/her too.

Unrelenting: This add on gives you 2.5x your normal speed in asylum rage when chasing the obsession.

Fast paced rage: This add on reduces the cooldown of Asylum rage.

Officers head: this add on lets you throw people on the hook if you use man handle.

sharp grip: this add on makes the survivor you grab with man handle bleed.

Dead eyes: this add on makes any survivor who is grabbed by you oblivious for 20 seconds

Blood hungary fists: This add on gives any survivor you miss an attack on the exposed statice effect for 10 seconds when you are in Asylum rage mode.

Severed fingers: This Ultra Rare add on gives you the ability to make anyone you hit in asylum rare mode drop there item and bleed. So basically a better version of franklin's demis.

Broken Cam Recorder: This add on makes anyone in you terror radius while you are in Asylum rage mode oblivious.

So now the backstory.

Before Chris Walker roamed the halls of Mount Massive Asylum he was a proud army man. Unfortunately after coming back from his deployment in Afghanistan he was diagnosed with PTSD and was committed to Spindletop Psychotherapy Clinic. After years in Spindletop Psychotherapy Clinic they decided to make him a murkoff employee. This was a job that he wasn't very fond of but it was his only option. After months of brainwashing, and Insane treatment there he snapped and killed three inmates, ripping their heads off and keeping them as trophies. Eventually he was found out by Murkoff agents Pauline Glick and Paul Marion and was knocked down. This was only the beginning of Chris Walker's pain for after he was knocked out he was brought to Mount Massive Asylum where he was made into a monster. This monster was nothing like the real Chris Walker: white eyes, wired mouth, chained arms, and A true hate for Murkoff. One day he broke out while a security breach was going on to kill many more Murkoff employees. As this was happening Murkoff sent a team of tactical operators to take care of the situation. This only made Chris angrier, so angry he murdered countless soldiers and ripped off their heads.

Many months pass and Chris Walker is finally looming over his obsession: Miles Upshur ready to kill when out of nowhere he starts to get thrown around by the Walrider. Seeing his life flash before his eyes as he is hurled into the vent fan he is transported to a strange foggy relm. Confused, he wanders around aimlessly until a strange entity appears in front of him. The entity gives him an offer, one that has given him the power to kill without any consequences.

Now for in game animation style.

So whenever you are walking around the map you wouldn't be able to see anything in front of you but if attack someone you would raise your arm and hand to punch the survivor with a devastating strike. Animations such as breaking pallets and doors would be you slamming both of your fists either onto the pallet or door twice. Vaulting animations would be as normal but whenever you are in asylum rage you would vault it like he would normally in the game. Hooking animations and stuff like that would be the same. The mori would be where the survivor is knocked down but tries to run away and Chris grabs them and bashes their face in before he rips there head off. If you can't show the ripping off of the head then it would be where he just bashes their face in with his fists A LOT.

    Obsessed seems overpowered and unessacary. The killer has a lot of tracking tools and abilities that make it easier to find survivors that get away like scratch marks, sounds notifications, and blood trails if injured. It also could be really bad for people who tunnel as the killer could just use the aura reading to find and tunnel the survivor easier which is not good at all.

    Little pig could be extremely overpowered on killers that rely on survivors to be injured to get the most out of their ability. Killers like oni could get way too much use out of the perk since in the right hands he would just always be in his demon mode non stop.

    All in all everything seems fine except the perks.

    Seems like an alright killer although obsessed should not be implimented in that type of way, the main way to win a chase is by losing the killer that perk removes escaping a chase unless people take agro off of you which isnt really winning a chase in my eyes

    Ok so let's say that the obsessed perk can only be used once on each survivor and little pig will only be active when 4 generators are done. So if 5 generators are done and you have a survivor on a hook then it would make it harder for the broken survivors to heal and save the survivor on the hook.

    And the reason for obsessed is that if they have some sort of perk like quick and quiet or just have awesome hiding skills then it would make the pressure on the survivor go up a lot more. Thank you for the feedback.
