Daily Ritual duplicating itself BUG

So, the base setup:
3 daily's: Deathslinger spear, Huntress hatchet, Micheal tier up
What I did and what happend:
Completed deathslinger and huntress --> claimed all --> re-rolled micheal into ghostface --> closed daily tab --> reopened daily tab since it had an exclamation mark --> ghostface mission was gone and replaced with the COMPLETED huntress one I claimed and got the bp for --> I claimed it and got the bp for this one too, ghostface one never reappeared.
One time thing, so maybe just a really rare unique case.
