Stuck in ramp after attempting to crush Victor

On the Xbox version of the game, I Was running up one of the ramps on Grim Pantry (The Swamp), and after attempting to kick Victor from a higher elevation due to being on the ramp and Victor on the floor, it clipped me into the ramp, and I was totally unable to move. I only had this happen to me once, but if you want to attempt to recreate it, try kicking Victor (while on the floor) from a ramp or elevated position.
