Extremely difficult to earn emblems with Twins?

Seems like chasing with Victor and using your ability punishes your emblem score, since chases don't seem to happen when you're chasing a survivor down. I 4ked a round with the Twins and I only got to the safety pip (no camping, decent length game).

Anyone else experiencing this?

    It's a bug. My first game with her I was shocked to find out I deranked even though I did very well; because her devout emblem didn't register my hooks / 3 kills and gave me bronze.

    My second / third games I deranked because Victor got stuck in the floor.
