Iridescent shard refund

I bought Elodie with Iridescent shards but now I want to get the Twins so it would make sense for me to buy the chapter as a whole. Would I be able to get a refund so I can make that purchase on Ps4? I don't even know the right place to ask this question, just thought I'd ask.

    It’s sadly not possible..

    but I guess we could see some more shard rewards in the advent calendar and you could buy the twins once you have enough.. they are pretty bugged right now after all and the locker thing is also getting added soon..

    No, it's alright. I just won't get them. I'm currently trying to get Elodie outfits using shards so I don't make enough to get twins.

    If they won't give people refunds for buying new outfits that went on sale almost immediately after release they definitely won't refund you changing your mind, especially considering you didn't spend real money.
