IDK if it's just me but I think they never turned it off. I haven't played as much as I used to due to like one person being close to my rank the. The rest are like drastically higher. And I remember a few months before they announced the new mmr that the match making for some my most played killers were getting wonky and then they said that they were testing it on xbox before releasing it to everyone else. Then when they did everyone got pissed off and so they said they'd turned it off. Yet ever sense cross play came out it's like at first it was a few really weird unbalance games. Then blight came out then the twins not too long after, and I can't seem to get a hook in anywhere and I thought it's was completely my fault untill I started noticing how I'd be rank 16 or 15 then the survivors would have one person 16 or 15 then 8 6 2. And it only be really unbalanced on my most commonly used killers. The ones I played well with , like it said was gunna happen when they had the new mmr active. IDK if it's just me but Its annoying sometimes
