Two chainsaws within 30 seconds (challenge)
How are you supposed to do this challenge with a killer you never play?
I'm rank 1 due to my mains. I'm not good with Billy (at all). Rank 1 survivors know how to dodge a master Billy. How am I supposed to gap that bridge? I think you guys need to factor this in when designing challenges. I like a challenge and all, but this seems impossible in my case.

a sad strategy that works on 99% of the killer archive:
kill 3people, then leave the last one to farm.

I think you're overestimating skills of rank 1 survivors. I don't ever play billy (like once or twice a month if even) and I got it pretty fast, just a few games. I would suggest to hard slug if you want to be done with it asap.
Take hard slugging build - Infectious fright, nurses, deerstalker, coulrophobia (or some other slugging build you prefer) and just do only chainsaw hits until you get it. You'll practise really fast as you'll either hit your chainsaws or lose and survivors will be hovering around their slugged buddies so you'll get a lot of opportunities to get 2 chainsaws in a row.
Overall you can do it with any build with a bit of luck or you can just farm as was previously suggested.

Entirely up to the survivors if you want this challenge to be done, even a decent survivor will last 30 seconds even more so two in whatever map you are in. What I want to know is who designed this challenge.

You can do it, I am not good with Billy at all. A perk that I highly suggest is Tinkerer, there's a chance that a generator is close to pop when you down someone which will give you an "advantage", also if you have BBQ then I'll suggest using it as well. You'll need to know where other survivors are in less than 30 secs so you will need survivor tracking perks.

i managed to get this challenge in the basement. I never play billy.

Lo pro chains and a map where a lot of pallets require Survivors to run in a straight line away from it. At least that's how I got it done.

When they unhooked, chainsaw sprint back to it and purposely aim for the unhooked. 90% of the time they'll have BT, and you can either combo it on them again or immediately get the unhooker if they're closer. Usually works.

I rarely ever use Billy and every single one of his rest challenges I have gotten in one game just walk up to a generator smack it a few times let the survivors know you want to be friends and they should be more than willing to let you chain saw them a couple of times

I'm not too fond of Billy and don't play him much either, but I used Infectious Fright and extended a game way longer than it needed to be until it worked. As far as challenges go it wasn't the worst.

I saw someone do it with the speed limiter because after the first hit they still have that person to chase without having to find another.

If you're having troubles, go Lopro chains+speed limiter. Add Enduring+spirit fury and even bamboozle to make it very easy.
Or you can even use Insidious with nurses calling and stealth camp the slug.
