Chapter 19: In the Fields
I have lore and such planned for these guys, but for now I just want opinions to see if this is a good chapter or not.
Killer: The Scarecrow
Ability: Reap and Sow
-Effigies
Around the map, around interactibles, effigies of The Scarecrow spawn. When survivors walk within 10 meters of them (within line of sight) the effigy lets out a shriek and will start moving towards the survivor (when the effigy shrieks it gets its own terror radius, and any perks relating to being in the terror radius, or perks releating to the killer looking in the survivors direction activates). After 3 seconds it dissapears. The shriek can be heard from across the map. If the effigy gets near the survivor it will swing its scythe and if the survivor is healthy, they will loose a health state, and if they are injured, gives them deep wounds.
Only 5 effigies can be active in the map at once, and at least 3 of them will be within 10 meters (in line of sight) of a generator. Once an effigy is activated, a new effigy spawns near an interactible. (Effigies do now activate when survivors are in lockers, being carried, or hooked. Effigies cannot spawn near a hooked survivor.)
-Effigy Mode and Harvest Mode
Pressing Lctrl activates effigy mode. When in effigy mode, you have no terror radius, and cannot move. When you press lctrl again you let out a shriek and start moving at 4.8 for 5 seconds or until you hit a survivor.
You must be in effigy mode for at least 5 seconds before you press lctrl. If you move instead of pressing lctrl you are slowed to 4.2 for 2 seconds.
Pressing m2 puts you in harvest mode. When in harvest mode you let out a shriek and your terror radius is changed to a much more shrill version. When in harvest mode you can hold m2 to charge a swipe. When swiping you swing your scythe infront of you and hit all survivors in 8 meters (cannot go through walls). Pressing lctrl while in harvest mode teleports you to an effigy of your choosing. When you teleport, harvest mode ends. Harvest mode has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Perks:
-Taste of Fear
When a survivor enters a chase with you, your next lunge is increased by 10/15/20%
Taste of fear has a cool down of 30 seconds.
-It can hear us
When a survivor goes under the exaughstion status effect their aura is revealed for 3/4/5 seconds.
-Hide and seek
Any survivors within 16 meters that have not moved for 5/4/3 seconds have their aura revealed until they moved. Hiding in lockers does not apply to Hide and Seek
Survivor: Evelynn Riora
-Figure of Inspiration
When in a chase with the killer, you see the auras of pallets within 20 meters. When you stun the killer, all survivors see the aura of the killer for 5 seconds. All survivors get a 5% bonus to generator repairs, healing, and chest searching for 20 seconds. Figure of Inspiration has a cooldown of 40/35/30 seconds.
-Out of Harms Way
When you take a protection hit for an injured survivor, that survivor moves at 130% of their normal speed for 3/3.5/4 seconds.
-Determination
Your struggle phase while on a hook is increased by 10/20/30%
