I casually drank 2 beers in the time it took for me to get a Survivor game
I ######### you not, 20 minutes it took queuing to get a game. I know that's not an impressive number for Beerfest or anything but #########, BHVR can do better.

It's all about those killer population statistics! Less killers, longer survivor queues. BHVR can't really do much about that, except lower the matchmaking requirements even further, which would create a much bigger problem in my opinion

Holy shite, you must be getting some arsehole ques, most of mine only take about 5 minutes (for reference, I'm rank 3 playing between 10pm/2am on AU servers). I'd have to almost literally chug a bottle to finish it in that time, let alone 2

Just play some killer, or figure out which times of day make queueing for survivor faster
killer "guttings" like billys nerf just draw away the fun high level killers which means you get more 20 minute queues into spirit or freddy

Unfortunately, i have one of those jobs during the time when survivor queues are plentiful in my area...I guess i could quit my job if i really want to play survivor that badly 😂😂😂

I notice that I get games much faster when I do SWF. Which likely means queues are prioritized based on the number of people in SWF. Its a ######### system in my opinion though, but I'm not sure how much is intentional, overlooked, or just plan ######### up. Either way there is a killer population problem too, because barely anyone wants to play killer because its so stressful. They really need to shift some difficulty from killers over to survivors, so its a more balanced equilibrium.

Took me 30 seconds to get a Survivor game just now, rank 3 at the moment in Southeast Asia.
Luckily seems we have tons of killers here in my neck of the woods.

A beer sometimes can even be healthy. The dose makes the poison.
If you drink to much, it's bad. But like me, I drink like 1 every evening after work or 1 every 2 days. It won't do amything with this slight dose.

Side note: if you're gonna drink or be under the influence of something while in a match, your complaints from that experience are null, because you wouldn't have been playing at your best.

Yeah I can clean out and load another bong to smoke (and smoke it:) while waiting for a suvivor game to start. But a killer game takes about a minute start. They should give people more reasons to play both sides. I know the first match of the day for either side gives a little boost to bloodpoints. So why not do something like that for say every 3 to 4 games to help encourage more people to play killer more often.

red rank queue is horrible for survivor that's a fact, at lower rank there still killer that play, but you got no challenge, they are just getting stomped by solo. all of that beceause at 6pm to 10 pm the game is unplayable for killer.

I'm usually online anywhere between 9pm-11:30pm PST and the Survivor queue is never shorter than 5 minutes. On average I'd say it lands right at around 7-8 minutes to get a game, so, this time was highly unusual. Killer games never take more than 10-15 seconds of queueing, BUT, it's almost always mismatched as far as ranks go... I'm only rank 14 I think and I consistently get groups of rank 2s, 4s, and 5s.

On a serious note, it depends on the time of day you're playing and the rank you are (surprisingly).
For me, I'm a rank 7 survivor and the highest peek of my matchmaking is usually during mid-day to 4PM in the UK. At night my matchmaking for survivor takes ages, however queue time for killer is insanely fast.

I do play Killer most of the time actually, it's just sometimes I like to mix it up and take a break from hunting. Since the queue takes so long for me, I usually don't play more than 3 survivor games before I get tired of the accumulated waste of time spent searching for games.

Me too. I'm rank 14 Killer getting matched against groups of rank 5 or less. It's not a total stompfest, I usually manage a kill or 2 and lots of bleeding but I definitely have to sit up and lean forward for those games haha

100% agree. Thankfully I'm one of those few types that legit plays for fun, so, I have no need to complain about anything that happens in a given match. People can play how they want, and whatever outcome happens, happens. I am perfectly content with the little successes vs a need to "win."

My queues have been inconsistent but personally they haven't been that bad. I think you might be a little unlucky .

I just got the game a week ago, and the learning curve for killer is no joke, especially when I'm rank 20 being matched with rank 14, 8 or even rank 2 survivors.... it's a nonstop stompfest

Which more or less guarantees that those rank 15 killers are unlikely to get any lower. A few games with red rank survivors is educational, but there are few people willing to put up with that aggravation every. single. match.

My friend who only plays survivor on PS4 and refuses to enable crossplay has similar issues. Though, without the beer.
I'm not really sure what you expect them to "do better" about it. The only levers I can think of they control there are Dailies and matchmaking accuracy. I already get Killer dailies 90% of the time so I'm pretty sure they're prioritized, and I'd rather matchmaking not get any less inaccurate.

I refuse to play killer after like 9:30pm pst. I swear the population of complete dbag survivors explodes. I'm operating under the assumption a disproportionate number of teens up past their bed time are to blame. And yeah, survivors queue times were awful those hours, so I suspect I'm not the only killer to notice this.
Though there are perfectly chill people those hours too. They just don't outweigh the jerks.

I believe it. Kind of sucks when 5min wait is kind of the norm and acceptable now. I'm less likely to play the game because of this which only adds to the problem. Ermmm.

Stealth killers are totally useless when faced with swf all running spine chill.
Trying to learn a few new killers but stupid ranking system and swf make it hard and makes me wonder why bother.
