Survivors Intentionally Sabotaging Other Survivors

Just had a match where one survivor followed the others around and started fast vaulting through windows and/or running in and out of lockers the moment another survivor started working on a gen. This wasn't some newb or something either. I made sure to check username and this person was a level 8 survivor.
I support just about every style of play. I even support the ones I don't like and the ones I don't respect. This goes beyond liking or respecting though. I very much disrespect anyone that does this. If you are one of the people that does this I would love to hear why you choose to play a multiplayer game with the intent to sabotage the rest of your team.
