I don't know many actors/actresses, but Emma Watson as Kate Denson could be cool, and I would kind of like to see Robert Downey Jr. play Ace Visconti.

DBD would be better suited as a full, lengthily series like Walking Dead or Supernatural, that provides plenty of time (unlimited seasons/episodes) to delve into the unlimited depths of each character’s lore, the entity, and all the unknown that is to come.
A typical 1hr 35min greedy Hollywood cash grab mangling of such a intricate, in-depth atmosphere is not what anyone wants to look forward to.

Nah you really had to give Shawnee Smith the role of Hag when she could easily play the Pig, the one that she brought to life in the saw movies (kind of)

The characters that are licensed in the game can't actually be used like that unless it's the Saw license holders making it hence why I didn't name any licensed characters.
