Giving Victor a Lethal Exit Gate Blocker Buff (similar to Pig Bear Traps)

I had the idea when playing a game as the Pig. A nice buff that could be given to the Twins would be that any survivor who tries to escape through the exit gate with Victor still attached is automatically killed. The animation could be something such as Victor ripping or biting out their throat, snapping their neck, or something else that would kill the survivor on the spot. It would be like the Pig with her bear traps, where if a survivor tries to leave through the exit gate with an active bear trap then it just pops on their head, counting as a mori for the killer. This would fix the issue where the exit gate blocker fails, since it disappears the second the survivor gets downed. It would also add more of a scare factor in trying to hold Victor hostage during EGC. Thoughts?
