Step 1 : Booted the game
Step 2 : Purchased the new Killer "The Twins"
Step 3 : Used Bloodpoints until level 15
Step 4 : while in loadout screen character model glitching out, victor clips into charlotte
Step 5 : Restarted game
Model error did not correct itself at any point
